A wise woman once said, “You have to keep your own self full… that’s your job.” 

That wise woman was Oprah Winfrey. I watched her speak to Stanford’s school of business and she dropped major gems that we can all stand to hear (multiple times). Here is one clip where she reminds us of something that we should already know- we can’t help others unless we, ourselves are full FIRST.
