
<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Is it just me or did 2018 <strong><em>fly</em></strong> by?</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">One minute I was in Miami counting down the seconds from 2017 to 2018 and in the next breath it was Christmas and the year was over.</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Time is flying and it&#8217;s almost scary in a way, but I can&#8217;t get caught up in thinking about time. Instead, I want to say Happy New Year to you and your loved ones. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph" style="text-align:left;">For some, last year was rough and for others the year was great. But no matter what your year felt like, you now have another chance to start over. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Do whatever it is you need to do to be a better human being. But if you don&#8217;t do anything else, promise me that you <strong>won&#8217;t let fear hold you hostage this year. </strong></p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Pursue every goal and aspiration that you can in these 365 days and if it helps, write down my mantra for the year: </p>
