<p class="wp-block-paragraph">This poem is able to express many feelings that I&#8217;ve experienced lately. Last year I thought a lot about where my ancestors may have come from and the privilege many people have in knowing the answer to that. </p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">It&#8217;s hard being content with not knowing the story of your people. What they looked like, what land they came from, what language they spoke&#8230; and this piece is a great representation of that feeling. </p>
