This past weekend I attended the Summit 21 conference in Atlanta. Last year was my first time attending and I had such a great time that I knew I would be back this year.

The energy at the conference is truly indescribable. To be in a space with so many Black women of varying shades, styles and shapes is a feeling unlike none other. Below, I’ve included a vlog of Day 1 at the conference but before we get to that, here’s a recap of what I wore…

Day 1:

I knew I wanted to wear a graphic tee on the first day and this one from F21 was perfect for the occasion. It features a picture of Salt-N-Pepa so it was only right that I pick it up. To dress it up, I wore a side-split satin skirt from Missguided. But you know I’m all about comfort so I finished the look with these Reebok sneakers.
