Freshman 15 Workout

We are ALMOST DONE!

With just 2 videos left in Shaakira’s Declassified College Survival Guide, today is all about the Freshman 15. If you aren’t familiar with it, the term was developed for the amount of weight freshmen tend to gain during the first year of college.
